When establishing amenities, we partner with groups that contribute financially and with manpower, sharing both current and future costs, especially for projects serving smaller populations. Projects like libraries, pedestrian/bike paths, and parks benefit the general welfare of many citizens. However, even for these widely used projects, we must exercise utmost prudence in spending and future maintenance.
